past couple of days getting instructions to execute from virtual memory, finally successful, with caveats

today attempted an "illegal fetch" which visual inspection showed it successfully caused a 0x400 exception but ISACaller has no understanding of virtual memory on the *instruction* side yet.

also talked with dimitry under bug 550 about binutils sv branch.
