i'm getting the I-Cache running for the first time, and have run smack into
"fetch failed" highlighting disconnects and lack of understanding of this
error condition.

also, FetchUnitInterface was never designed for the type of workload
that microwatt I-Cache puts on it, and, just like LoadStoreInterface,
requires adaptation.

i'm going to have to do some intermediary testing in between as things
are getting extremely messy.
