thank you jacob and congratulations for completing the first successful
full instruction added-to-everything: unit tests, formal correctness proof,
simulator and HDL, that's a significant achievement.

next thing is turning the handle to do it again, but personally i found
it was much more rewarding to be working *with* someone who had
a particular need: Lauri helped ultimately drive the DCT SVP64
instructions for example, and i had to develop the FP simulator
assembler instructions before he could do anything at all, for MP3.

therefore, i'm reaching out again to the nym / sphinx team because they're
also funded by NGI POINTER and i found out at the NGI kickoff meeting
that they're just considering designing instructions, but of course had
no hardware to test the concept on, so scratched the idea.  of course,
developing hardware and simulations of crypto-primitives is *exactly* what the
NLnet 2021-02-052 grant is all about.

i'm therefore pinging them a second time, and escalating by reaching
