reviewed CFFI and Mikolaj's csim code (both great) made some notes

reviewed Dmitry's binutils work (found one oddity but looks great)

helped Tobias ifetch on icache deliberate fail test

put some MMU PTE data structures in place, because of getting fed up staring at magic constants and offsets in mmu.py

today

a heck of a lot of database updates for some RFPs

woke up and had to deal with an emergency investigation to get all TestIssuer unit tests running

tried joining the instruction fetch from MMU/I-Cache and realised that there is a Fetch API compatibility layer missing on icache.py

(this layer comes originally from Minerva FetchUnitInterface but now has to first be adapted to add fetch_failed)

slept for about 3 hours this afternoon as i am exhausted.

reviewed Tobias ifetch invalid exception test (looks great)
