started investigating exceptions yesterday, got test_issuer_mmu.py working and added a second exception.

today fixed pi_st which was running "wait_addr()" evrn under exception circumstances (which it definitely should not).

tobias if you can fix wait_addr to exit immediately an exception occurs that would be good.
