JTAG boundary scan test still has some input pins inverted.

JTAG DMI/Wishbone "stop core write to memory reset core run" script is
written, is very slow though, don't know why and don't necessarily
care in the immediate short term.

next thing(s) to do involve getting litex sim.py up and running again,
and testing the JTAG boundary scan and start-stop-core against it.
