today:

* added SDRAM into JTAG boundary scan
* added LDSTException into PowerDecode2 and Trap pipeline
* noticed that DecodeToExecuteType is being created in subdecoders and
removed it

high priority things needed:

* JTAG IOpad unit test
* ICache MMU unit test
* modsw using nmutil exts
* ICache hammering with random unit tests

we are counting down in DAYS now.  if there are tasks that need doing,
they need doing right away rather than in one or even two weeks time.

if that is an issue for anyone can you please say so because the tasks
that you have responsibility for will need to be allocated to someone
else.
