Luke said, above, that he was moving all the FPGA equipment he have bought (so
far) to the NGI POINTER project.

NLNet is asking, is this budget to be requested by him for some other purpose
in another task? What is the description of this task?

I don't think it's the case of moving the budget to another task. Instead, it's
just that the exact same hardware was acquired with the funds from another
grant (the Gigabit NGI grant, for FPGA testing) so, to avoid duplication, Luke
removed it from this task, allowing more people to have boards.

I'm supposing this hardware, acquired on the NGI Gigabit grant, for FPGA
testing, did serve as well for this grant, so no repurchase was needed.
