Our assembler currently lacks proper macro subsystem; the only bit we support,
.set directives, is somewhat "sideways" related to the assembly, it's not
incorporated properly. Moreover, it'd be great if we could support some other
use cases, not only .set directives. The proper subset is to be discussed yet.
