Off-topic: I had to change the nickname since budget-sync has no idea who is
ghostman. But it's funny that Luke dropped these two exact letters: ghostman
was exactly my nickname many years ago, until I discovered the Internet and
found there already were multiple folks with this exact nickname. :-) "sd"
actually stands for the combination of the first letters of my real second name
and first name, just the first suffix which came to my mind when I wanted to
update the nickname. A funny coincidence.
