Summary. At this point, I'm able to support these:

dsld
dsrd
maddedus
minmax
ffmsubs
ffmadds
ffnmsubs
ffnmadds
fdmadds
ffadds

This narrows the scope of this task for now, until opcodes are allocated and
all relevant entries are present in openpower-isa.
