I'm lost a bit between the list above and list here:

I counted all additions (+ in patch), and got me 172 instructions. Do we intend
to cover all of them in this task? Even considering that we already have some
of these implemented, this is too huge task to be covered at once (even
checking which we already covered and which need a flag change is a big task
per se). Am I missing something?

Also, a question of DRAFTFFS flag. Am I right that I need to filter
instructions marked with "FFS" in "level" section of optable.csv? What do other
levels mean (e.g. opt, SV/S, SV/D)? Do we need other flags?
