Our pysvp64asm has a lot of code to be synced with the machine-readable specs,
and also contains a lot of corner cases and similar magic. We also use some
special tricks, like remapping the original instruction; there's no need to
keep these anywhere but comments, and .llong should be used so that we match
what binutils does.

This task is intended to be used as a parent task; there are several subtasks
expected.
