as if grevlut was not fun enough already i figured a 3-in register variant
would allow multiple left-right 4+4 LUTs in RC, one for each row
in the swapping-lookup-crossover-mixing-thing.
i can't explain why, it just felt right, to have the means to
flip individual rows, i think this will turn out to be a really
powerful instruction.
i did however just realise that the sh parameter is totally redundant
because if you can provide individual LUTs per row then it is a straightforward
matter to set an 8-bit setting within RC for that row which does absolutely
nothing. hilariously a grevluti might help with setting up RC with the
appropriate bits, hmm. some of them.
thoughts appreciated.
