I updated gitlab-ci-archiver and wrote an email-sending script, I'll try
installing it tomorrow.

I also set up the postfix server and tested it, couldn't get it to work, afaict
libre-soc.org's mail server isn't configured to let my server send anything.

Luke, can you try to take care of that if you have time? I may be able to send
some test emails in an hour or so if you like. (or you can log into my build
server and send some yourself, using /usr/sbin/sendmail)
