addex simply appears to be... missing. no idea why

openpower/isa/branch.mdwn:* bcctr BO,BI,BH (LK=0)
openpower/isa/branch.mdwn:* bcctrl BO,BI,BH (LK=1)

bcctrl is covered by bcctr.  LK is decoded entirely separately.

ignore it for now as the sv.{branches} needs to be looked at
properly as a whole block.
