In that case, can you please create a new repo where we can put the hdl and
reference python for testing? And then add it as a underlay in the wiki? This
is blocking progress on the cl* and gf* ops.
may I suggest naming it openpower-hdl.git ... if you don't like that, please
just pick a name and go ahead and create it, we can rename it later if we need
to without blocking progress deciding on a name.
