A lot of work done on this.

I hope that I have not broken too much :-(

It is not just contents of files but file names, eg openpower -> power.

It is not just a simple search replace as the 'OpenPOWER' foundation name is
still that.

http://libre-soc.org/power/

Not changed things like:
