lkcl: OK, I'll take a look at branches page and try to come up with something
sensible. Since I'm now close to re-using ISA tables, I took a step back to
take a look at what I did with sv_analysis.py, and I must admit I don't really
like it. I'm going to revert these bits, and, instead, will provide a
standalone script which parses VHDL.
An overall parsing is present at src/openpower/sv/sv_binutils.py.
