right.  this is the one i got.  see at the top, there's a jumper with

3.3v
VCC
5V

and right at the bottom there's:

VCC
GND
TXD
RXD
RTS
CTS

that means that the VCC pin is connected directly to VCCIO (pin 4)

therefore this is very simple: remove the jumper entirely.
