I tried it out on Chromium on Linux, and on Chrome on Android, and I wasn't
able to make it word-wrap, instead, the whole page gained horizontal scroll
bars when I reduced the browser window's width.

It *does* word-wrap in bugzilla emails, however, so does just about every other
field, so I wouldn't use that as a requirement for line length.
