Added a unit test covering the failing proof case.  However, I'm unable to run
the unit tests for some reason.  I get a big pile of errors.  I need to review
how to run unit tests; there's something in my environment which I'm missing.

*sigh*

Very frustrating to have error upon error upon error upon error.
