I'm just going by what is in the instruction documentation.

I think I see now, though; in OutputStage.py, there's a block of code which
tests for the OE flag, and sets *its own* ov.ok output to 1 if set.  It
completely ignores any ov.ok signal from previous stages.

Apologies if this all seems like I'm being daft; I'm just trying to get a grasp
of the bigger picture.
