The ALU CompUnit unit test now checks that masked-out input and output ports do
not make requests. Individual test cases can specify whether any port is
masked-out.

The next step is to actually invent some new operations for the test ALU, that
do not make use of some of the read ports, and maybe add some write ports to it
as well.
