WITHOUT PREJUDICE

I just noticed on the posting from the journalist that was raped and has
disappeared, that CALDERWOOD not only claims that NLnet will immediately,
freely and unconditionally give out information to any member of the public
that contacts them, in blatant and direct violation of the GDPR, but that I
was the subject of a Jan 2024 fraud investigation by the EU, without my
knowledge.

this is at the exact same time as *additional* fraud being carried out by
CALDERWOOD, LEWIS, MARGARITIS and BHARVANI on the NGI Search Programme.

absolutely nobody whatsoever bothered to contact me to check if the false
allegations of NLnet NGI Grant fraud were truthful, when I was close to
death from pneumonia, strokes, heart attacks and cerebral hypoxia incidents
that the NHS regarded as "faked", not once performing adequate tests,
despite unequivocally clear clinical signs and overwhelming video evidence.

you were explicitly informed I had had strokes and had just fled from a
Domestic Violence relationship that itself almost led to my death from
heart attacks and ischemic brain hypoxia.

you, LENAARS, blatantly and wilfully ignored that, making it clear in your
communications (paraphrasing): "we have lots of other autistic NLnet
project managers: cease and desist being a problem for us". you blatantly
and wilfully ignored that I had had strokes and heart attacks.

the persons that need investigation for EU Grant fraud - and violent
assault - are DAVID CALDERWOOD and JAMES LEWIS.

LENAARS: you even put in writing to me that CALDERWOOD was a nasty piece of
work that you tried to warn I should not be working with. I only realised
the significance of your warning *after* the assaults and fraud took place,
and after recovering from brain damage sufficiently to begin recalling the
fragmented memory of that horrific time.

GOUDRIAAN: you were given an opinion on LEWIS by Bryan which although
confidential I know from LEWIS's well-masked abusive and aggressive
personality would not have been complimentary.

you were also told *very clearly* that LEWIS instructed employees to
unilaterally seize control of the FOSDEM 2024 Devroom Schedule and insert
devastatingly sub-standard talks into the Programme that would have harmed
absolutely everyone's reputation if presented.

they even tried to pass off the seizure of the NGI Search Grant - and my
Trademarked technology - as if nothing was wrong, putting in commercial
advertising masquerading as a technical presentation which would have
easily been noticed as significantly sub-standard by the high technical
knowledge of FOSDEM attendees.

LENAARS and yourself were informed very clearly that I acted privately and
confidentially to protect everyone's reputation by urgently contacting the
FOSDEM organisers, and that only when the FOSDEM organisers refused to take
the matter seriously was I forced, whilst in a life-threatening medically
compromised physical condition, to publicise the hostile unilateral seizure
of the *Libre-SOC* Devroom Schedule - not the "RED Semiconductor Ltd"
personal Devroom Schedule -for the purposes of fraudulent advertising,
insertion of commercially sub-standard talks, and implicit illegal seizing
of my Trademarked technology.

let me make that absolutely clear - AT NO TIME did they follow proper
channels by entering into public discussion to seek consensus or approval
of the sub-standard talks. LEWIS simply ordered MIROSHNIKOV to insert the
Commercial advertising talks into the Libre-SOC Devroom Schedule. no
discussion. I knew LEWIS by reputation at this point, knew that he was
bullying MIROSHNIKOV as a sock-puppet (LEWIS had done it before when
attempting to seize control of the Libre-SOC Financial Audit Records in
November 2024) which is why I attempted to privately and urgently warn the
organisers.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS were "incensed". their presentation as owners instead
of theives of my Trademark was about to be thrown into jeapordy.

by presenting themselves as "victims" of "defamation" they were able to
convince you that I was vengeful and psychotic, when I was in fact working
desperately hard despite massive brain trauma and pneumonia to warn people
of the true facts, and to stop them from potentially selling products
designed according to my stolen Trademarked Weapons-grade Technological
Services to China and to Organized Crime Syndicates.

bear in mind: at the time, the Board of Directors of RISC-V was 80% Chinese
Corporations and Institutions. and they stole my Weapons-grade technology
and applied it to RISC-V.

LENAARS: you stated in writing that I "had a change in personality". I
thought at the time that you were referring to the multiple ischemic
strokes caused by Domestic Violence.

I now realize that you were referring to false and fraudulent information
provided to you by CALDERWOOD in order to devastate my reputation,
preferably through causing my death at third hand by manipulating my
mother, stepfather and brother into supporting my poisoning, torture, abuse
and assault, and thus enable the fraudulent theft of my Weapons-grade
Military Supercomputing technology that is covered by USA BXPA, EU GEAs and
UK OGEL when implemented as a commercial product.

I trust that you will initiate said fraud investigation promptly and
without hesitation and *CONTACT ME FOR THE FACTS*

I know precisely and exactly why you are refusing to do so: because you
yourselves will become the subject of that fraudulent investigation [Mirko,
Karolina, not you, as you actually listened and took the *SIMULTANEOUSLY
OCCURRING* seizure of the NGI Search Grant seriously]

for that you - GOUDRIAAN LENAARS DOREL - only have yourselves to blame.

do the right thing, and turn yourselves in, before another person gets hurt.

remember that there has been one assassination attempt, one rape, and one
attempted murder, so far.

the group that attempted the assassination are known to the UK police as a
pedophile sex trafficking ring operating out of the Isle of Wight and
Hampshire since the 80s and 90s. it is an active investigation that led to
the recent arrest of one former Police Officer hiding in Cornwall for over
30 years under a false identity.

your stupidity has jeapordised National Security of the United Kingdom and
its allies thanks to you alerting an Organized Crime Syndicate of the value
of my work.

I kept the true nature of my work *SECRET* as it was supposed to be
presented to the UK MOD (LEWIS was instructed to do so and blatantly
ignored the Board's explicit instructions) and quietly vetted, approved,
and hidden behind "mass volume product with pre-installed appliance
software" exemptions present in the UK 2008 Export Control Order, Section
18.

you fucked that.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS are even so stupid as to steal then advertise my
work's hyper-efficient cryptographic capability publicly and directly to
the world.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS will not stop.

they are psychopaths, presenting themselves as victims. except they have
made mistakes, and yet are a hundred percent confident that nobody notices,
or if they do they are too terrified to come forward as they have, like
yourselves, been made Accessories to their wanton and blatant criminal
activity.

you can come forward willingly, or you can come forward kicking and
screaming. I remind you that generally it is seen favourably by Law
Enforcement that cooperation results in leaner sentencing.
