Sean,  Donna: I have copies of email stating "we
said you could come into the surgery any time"
when on secretly recorded audio GREEN states very
clearly "you are permitted only to attend the surgery
every two weeks".

I have a video recording of a heart attack and
stroke at Atherley House. LAM is stone cold silent
after contemptuously stating "you are faking
symptoms". the stroke damage inflicted has
me slurring my speech as i go deeper into shock
at her callous and negligent factually-incorrect
statement, barely able to walk upright past a
shocked Donna.

i have an audio recording of GREEN shocking me
into silence with abusive questions, then, unable
to speak due to the increased blood pressure
(recorded and photographed as increasing to
145/110 due to her abuse) she callously continues
"I assume assent from your silence".

i have a witness to the abusive nurse incessantly
repeating that i take substances that could cause
internal intestinal bleeding, and a letter wilfully
misrepresenting the facts, refusing to perform
the endoscopy that would confirm the internal
bleeding.

after ten hours of being left in Cardiac Asthma,
a clear indicator of MR and TR regurgitation,
it was demanded that i get out of the A&E ward.
security staff stormed the cubicle as i call the police in terror, knowing
the danger i am in as
they have violently assaulted me before.

the nurse attempts to seize the phone and later
makes a false statement to the police that no
such call was made (all 999 calls are recorded). Bodycam evidence from 3
security guards was
witheld and destroyed.

I have audio and video recordings of screaming
in terror unable to stand up due to a heart attack,
whilst the nurse orders the security guards to pursue
me down UHS A&E corridor, causing severe
bruising in their violent and unnecessary
manhandling past shocked front desk staff.

sobbing in distress after calling the police to
report a violent assault, the officer urgently orders
an ambulance that does not arrive.

three hours later after being forced to cover myself
in leaves for warmth outside St James' Church,
waiting for that ambulance, I am forced to leave
the freezing cold location as it begins raining.

after finally being told "go home there is nothing
wrong with you" i measure and record on video
a BP of 175/140 which the paramedics had
refused to measure. i am sobbing in distress
at the significance as i know it will be disregarded
as "faked" by UHS A&E.

that assault was so violent that it caused an
additional cerebral hemmorage, and further
cardiac damage, and routinely caused
atherosclerosis to break calcium fragments
loose and the jaw abcess to burst, causing me to
routinely collapse up to twice a day. thirty paramedic
calllouts were required over the next three weeks
as strangers would find me collapsed on the
pavement.

these are just a few of the horror stories
i experienced due to  HILLMAN GREEN and
LAM's callous and negligent actions.

it is now June 2026 and these horrifying events continue
under certain circumstances to cause intrusive
flashbacks even in daytime. they also keep
me awake at night causing further additional
health damage on an already weakened immune
system from blood-brain barrier damage.

i have heard of the phenomenon of not wishing
to be touched, and so find it interesting to now
be experiencing it.

due to being poisoned with a horrific toxic substance
i can no longer feel pleasure or pain. this is
life long damage caused by GREEN's wilfully
abusive and grossly negligent instruction.

that extremely dangerous substance caused
inflammatory allergic reactions that resulted
in up to 90 minute long Cardiac Arrythmia and
MR and TR regurgitation, as well as additional
strokes. every single heart attack and stroke
was wilfully ignored as "faked".

at no time whatsoever was i asked questions
by LAM HILLMAN or GREEN about the
circumstances of the Domestic Abuse,
or the criminally fraudulent actions taking place.

at no time whatsoever was there any request for
information about my past medical history, or
why i had been abroad most of my life such
that there were no prior NHS records of any kind.

at no time was i told or or consulted on the false
and grossly negligent medical report made by
DAVID GRIFFIN of Glenluce Surgery on the 15th
December 2023.

this is consequences that i have to live with for
the rest of my natural life.

HILLMAN GREEN and LAM need to be behind bars,
plain and simple. if they have done this to me, they
will have done it to others. you can find
evidence online of multiple complaints of their
misconduct.
