I just had another heart attack simply from walking
too fast. I got very dizzy, started gasping and
groaning involuntarily, and had to lie down in a
public place.
I also had a mild heart attack (cardiac asthma)
again on waking up, with BP rising to 151/96 HR88
*at rest* around 11:30am, after feeling very
uncomfortable like my chest was being crushed.
I managed to walk back very slowly, got very dizzy
going up two flights of stairs, and measured BP
left and right arms.
right: 129/88 83
left: 111/83 83
the 18-point difference left and right systolic is
VERY DANGEROUS with heart valve damage.
also the left arm systolic-diastolic of 28 is
significant, but I have not yet read enough
peer reviewed papers to fully grasp why.
I am now lying down and can feel "bubbling"
just below my breast bone.
