another screenshot of Ventricular Premature Beat
incidents. some of these have my heart stopping
completely for over 1.5 seconds - they show
an "R-R" (spike to spike) in some cases of 2.4
seconds.

this is not a one-off: now that I know that this is
serious and life-threatening I recall having the
"rippling" sensation that accompanies these
heart-stopping anomalies even when I was around
20 - over 35 years ago.
