I have been examining the Cardiac MRI every
day, and researching symptoms.
firstly: the pericardium (sac around the heart) is
4.6 mm in places, indicating severe infection.
the normal width is below 2mm (0.8 +/- 1.2)
https://google.com/search?q=pericardial+thickness+normal+range
second: the left ventricle is on the border of "mild"
hypertrophy, at 12.9mm in the middle (actually
I missed part of the black muscle area, it is slightly
more) and 8.4mm at the edge (again
under-measured). also although it is unclear and I
had not measured it before, the right ventricle is
an estimated 5-6 mm where the normal range
is 3-4 mm
https://google.com/search?q=left+ventricular+wall+normal+range
this indicates based on symptoms of dizziness
since teenage years that my heart has been under
huge strain for a very long time: several decades.
thirdly: there is a 4.1 mm diameter white spot on
the right, which if I pan through the slices is
present on several, likely indicating a calcified
blood vessel or other anomalous artefacts.
fourthly: on the right side of the heart (just below
the 4.1 mm marker) is some white stuff. again this
should not be there: it is not present on "normal"
cardiac MRI scans.
I have also seen "black" sections inside blood
vessels, that disappeared on subsequent slides.
this to me speaks of cholesterol *on the move*
which will be travelling around my body.
additionally there is black areas inside my heart
that need proper triage: I do not have enough
skill to identify them but my guess is that they are
either gas or pus-filled pockets - neither of which
should be there.
bottom line is that based on 40+ years of
recurrent persistent symptoms including heart
palpitations it is very clear that I have had chronic
heart conditions my entire life.
