About your complaint

Please describe your complaint
I was violently assaulted on 15th Jan 2024, witnessed by an employee, by my
co-directors of RED Semiconductor Ltd. they caused an Ischemic stroke.

on the 16th they had a meeting without notifying me, voted themselves extra
shares then voted I resigned.

they then recklessly filed on the 17th Jan 2024 that I had resigned.

I found out all of this months later, as I was fighting for my life from
approximately four Ischemic strokes per week, and had pneumonia for over
two months.

I have now had over 300 Ischemic strokes, at least 20 of which robbed me of
the ability to speak.

I have had MRI scans confirming extensive brain damage and damaged cerebral
arteries.

that is the minimum story.

I have informed you repeatedly of breathtaking fraud including DAVID
CALDERWOOD claiming to be authorized by Company's House to make public
malicious false claims and lying to a UK Minister, SAQIB BHATTI MP.

I have not received even one response.

I expect you to contact me, respect that I am severely at risk of death if
distraught, to investigate and to contact the police, and provide them with
evidence.
