it took about a year to extract the information below from company's house.

it is confirmation of a crime by CALDERWOOD that is so bizarre
that, unlike other crimes by CALDERWOOD i have been unable to
find legislation under which it might fall.

he claimed - publicly - to be an Authorized Agent of Company's
House, authorised to reveal information that is only available under
the GDPR, authorised himself to claim that Company's House
had written to me informing me that i had made false statements to them
(in other words CALDERWOOD is claiming that i committed a criminal
offense of giving false information to Company's House)

on top of this, a few months later, CALDERWOOD changed the name
of RED Semiconductor Ltd to make it appear to be a Software-only
company. which makes its involvement in the UK ChipStart Programme
fraud!

all employees and all directors knew and worked exclusively for
RED Semiconductor Ltd on the basis that it is a hardware
(semiconductor) company.

that makes all employees witnesses to fraud.

   The involvement of RED Semiconductor Ltd brings further semiconductor
   HARDWARE experience, bringing balance to the overall team.

   the most direct outcome will be the availability, as DEVICES (hardware)
   in the market through RED Semiconductor Ltd,

if you wish to believe CALDERWOOD's fraudulent statements over the facts:
BHATTI please notify the organisers of the UK ChipStart Programme that
the Directors JAMES LEWIS, JUAN CALDERWOOD and DAVID CALDERWOOD
fraudulently entered a SOFTWARE company into a HARDWARE programme,
for the purpose of defrauding the UK Government of funds and services.

I refer to your email dated 29 March 2025 in response to my email of
the 28 March 2025. Your initial request for information was considered
under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) however in your email you
have requested a data subject access request (“DSAR”), you state you
are not requesting the information under the FOIA.



If I can explain, under Article 15 of UK General Data Protection
Regulations (UK GDPR), data subjects have a right to access
information held about them by an organisation.  A DSAR only allows
access to information which relates to you personally, any information
which constitutes company information or information regarding other
officers or third parties, is not in scope and will not be provided.



The information you requested relates to communications by third
parties and therefore is not in scope of a DSAR. As such, to be of
assistance to you, I have considered your request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA).



The Companies House responses to your requests are below:


1) Who at Company's House, a Civil Service, authorized CALDERWOOD to
act as an Authoritative Agent and Representative of Company's House, a
Civil Government Service acting with the authority of His Majesty, to
make a public declaration that i have made FALSE STATEMENTS to
Company's House, a Civil Government Service?

2) Please furnish me with the written authorisation of the same and
the name of the individual and department who gave CALDERWOOD the
authority to act for and behalf of His Majesty's Government.

3) Please furnish me with the alleged written communication made by an
actual Authorized Agent (employee and Civil Servant) of Company's
House, which states, as CALDERWOOD alleges, something to the effect
"Mr Leighton: we, Company's House, are writing to inform you that you
have committed a criminal offense by making FALSE STATEMENTS to us,
under Section NNN of the Company's Act 2010" (i have never received
such a communication so you should look through your records to find
*similar* statementsor communications, not those exact words).

4) Please furnish me with the name and department of the individual
whom CALDERWOOD alleges wrote such a letter to me

5) Did anyone at Company's House, after writing the letter alleged by
CALDERWOOD to exist, then contact the police to notify them that a
criminal offense had been committed?

first please look up the statutory requirements that you must
abide by under the autism act 2009.

second you have completely misunderstood, which is a side effect
of you not abiding by the autism act 2009.

i very specifically advised you to ask questions and you did not
do so.

let us start again.

i (that is i) am requesting you (that is you), to provide me
(that is me) with a copy of the communication from you (that
is you) which is *ALLEGED*, by CALDERWOOD, to exist.

if you find that such a communication does not exist please
explicitly state that clearly.

this is not a FOI request.

my name is luke kenneth casson leighton

i am effectively still a Director of RED Semiconductor Ltd:
CALDERWOOD and LEWIS recklessly and falsely filed my resignation
after first violently assaulting me on the 15th jan 2024, making
false claims, voting themselves more shares on an unannounced
Director meeting to which i was not invited or informed (likely
in the 16th), then immediately used those shares to vote that i
had resigned, and falsely and recklessly filed on the 17th.

multiple assaults occurred and they knowingly assaulted me,
given that in writing a letter was sent to all employees
directors and independent researchers informing all that i
have autism.

i am out of a 16 year domestic violence violence relationship
that caused chronic adrenal fatigue syndrome, psychological
torture and brain damage.

the effect of the violent assaults by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS
caused shock, distress, terror, brain damage, and brain oxygen
deprivation.

please take this seriously this is not a joke or any kind
of false statement on my part.

once again if you do not understand, you are required by law
to respect my communication preferences and i remind you that
you must ask me clarifying questions.

please do not in any way subject me to distress by failing to
respect my instructions, as it is dangerous to me and could
cause brain damage.
