Robert, hi, thank you for contacting me. the request that you provide *or
pay* for legal support was only partly tongue-in-cheek and also serious:
the devastation caused by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS's theft, fraud, violent
assaults, malicious communications, stalking, harrassment, reckless filing,
making false statements to civil servants, is unforgivable.

if I do not hear from you within thirty days I will assume you also have no
intention to *pay* for the legal costs of recovering from the wilful and
malicious devastation caused by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS.

I have not *FOUND* myself in difficulties:

1) I have chronic Peridontal Disease that progressed well over fifteen
years ago to causing horrific pain, and unknowingly was building up
cholesterol in my arteries (Athersclerosis). by 2021 any shock or distress
placed me in life-threatening danger of an Ischemic stroke, from arterial
calcium fragments, biotoxins and cholesterol breaking loose under the
acidity, Cortisol and BP increase.

I have now had at least 300 Ischemic strokes, 280 of them in the past 2
years. video evidence is recorded of life-threatening Anaphylaxis and brain
oxygen starvation. in this video the cholesterol causing the hypoxia breaks
the badly-damaged cerebral arteries it is blocking, causing a cerebral
hemorrhage:

I have evidence of CALDERWOOD misrepresenting the gravity of the chronic
illness (and Domestic Violence) of which he unequivocally knew and wilfully
chose to misrepresent both to my friends, family members, research team and
funding bodies as well as to the police and to UK Government
representatives such as SAQIB BHATTI MP.

2) CALDERWOOD at the bare minimum caused one of my research colleagues to
publish self-incriminating evidence of Wilful and Malicious communications
that caused firstly a horrific shock and secondly as a result of that shock
caused a life-threatening Ischemic stroke. this is an OAPA Section 46
Offense in the first instance and an OAPA 18 Offense in the second.

3) if that was not bad enough I have reason to believe that he provided
false information to NYPD in the USA, ultimately causing a journalist and
researcher Nina Zheng to be poisoned and raped. her husband has recorded
conversations where her last communication was that she believed she was
being stalked, and he states that NYPD are now looking for her, treating
her as a "missing person".

you basically have a psychopath as a client who will do absolutely
anything, and has gone so far down the path of lying that he cannot now
back out without going to jail.



that aside:

bottom line here is that one of your associates, Justin, who is an
absolutely fantastic person with the best of intentions and expertise in
patent law, had and has been advised of criminal activity in which he has
(most likely unwittingly) participated, and both the monetary and criminal
liability for his offenses falls squarely onto your company's shoulders and
due to the criminal nature of the activities, personally on the shoulders
of the Directors.

the value of my Trademark is almost incalculable: ten-digit to twelve sums
are not unreasonable.

worse: it is Weapons-grade Military tech that was supposed to be "vetted"
by GCHQ as dual-use. LEWIS blatantly disregarded the Board's explicit
instruction to seek out MOD Grants.

I cannot unfortunately be expected to provide you all of the facts: the
sheer overwhelming complexity of CALDERWOOD's devastating and criminal
manipulation is so breathtakingly comprehensive that to unpack it and
describe it to you fully would take several weeks.

I trust that you are taking this matter seriously.
