at 0:04 at the very start of the above video evidence
it can be seen clearly that my eyes go in different
directions. this is indicative of life-threatening
hypoxia which could cause death at any moment.

I attempt to indicate by opening my mouth that the
Ischemic stroke that has occurred is so severe that
I am unable to speak.

I then show the catheter in my left arm, and attempt
to light up the watch by pushing the button against
my teeth, ensuring that the CAT B35 is pointed at
my face.
it does not succeed but there is one earlier moment
when the barometric pressure is clearly shown.

I am therefore attempting to communicate in a
non-verbal fashion that:

1. I have had an ischemic stroke so severe that it
    has terminated my ability to speak.
2. that there was a barometric pressure change
    (prior to recording) that caused the stroke
3. that I am 100% aware of what is going on.

I have a Radiographer report from an MRI that
confirms the damaged Cerebral arteries, right
hypoplastic vertebral artery, Periventricular white
matter Ischemia and other areas indicating hypoxia,
and confirming several holes indicating burst
arteries and stroke blockages occurred.
