I made the horrific mistake of poisoning myself five days ago having
something as "simple" as a plain bread roll with a lot of butter. within 20
minutes I felt "depressed for no reason whatsoever" where I had been
perfectly content and happy for several days prior to ingesting the roll
and butter, and had to lie down.

I woke up three hours later with fat coming out of my pores especially the
sides of my nose, feeling like I had food poisoning (wanting to throw up
and with diarrhea). i couldn't face eating anything for 36 hours, had
constant headaches and after leaning over to pick something off the floor
felt so dizzy for half an hour I was seeing stars. it was three days before
I felt reasonably recovered.

bottom line is that exactly as outlined in Dr Eric Berg's video above, the
refined processed wheat and butter caused serious oxidative damage.

last night having thought it was just the butter I had another bread roll
and was thrown from being perfectly content and happy directly into
"depressed for no reason whatsoever" within 20 minutes.

in the middle of the night my host switched on a torch and shone it
directly into my eyes. it caused me to cry out in pain and to shout loifly
to turn it off (causing a large BP rise). within 10 seconds I was sobbing
uncontrollablly in deep distress and shock.

in other words the oxidative damage of the refined wheat, combined with the
BP rise and the Cortisol from shock, had caused yet another biotoxic
cholesterol athersclerosis burst cerebral artery, causing brief Tourette's
some five minutes later.

this is a classic textbook case symptoms of Chronic Peridontal Disease, but
made much worse and much more life-threatening by both the duration and the
evidence of Periventricular Leukomalacia from hypoxia and convulsions at
birth requiring life-support aged 2-6 weeks.
