once again i woke this morning with the violent assault of
being smashed to the ground by ten people, screaming in horror
at being violated.

twice today i broke down crying due to the pain and feeling
completely abandoned and helpless.

it is almost one year since i was almost murdered by staff
at antelope house.

i do not understand why i have not had one single person help
with what i actually ask for.
