[Libre-soc-dev] woke up unable to speak

I am continuing to experiment.

I discovered I can *mouth* words, silently.
this is not limited: again it appears to be a
"lower" awareness area (as if I am "looking
downwards")

however the moment I try to speak the EXACT
same words I just "mouthed", or try to put
ANY attention "upwards / forwards", to
get the exact same words out, I get a mild
headache just above my right eye, which was
the place I felt something travel when under
the "care" of UHS A&E around Feb 2024

at this point I have absolutely no idea what is going on, I need to do a
lot more research but the symptoms are so extremely rare and unusual that
it is difficult to find anything.
