[Libre-soc-dev] woke up unable to speak

I woke up this morning around 9:40 unable to speak.

I am trying to remain very calm.

I have recorded video evidence of pointing at my mouth and nothing comes out

there is nobody in the apartment.

I cannot call 999 as I am in a foreign country with no medical records,
unable to explain things and they could inject substances that could maim
or kill me due to their ignorance.
