Dear Luke,

I'm sorry to hear that your health is not good, and also that you are at
risk of losing your property. We have made you an offer for some modest
support, but you rejected that. Of course you are entitled to that, but
it isn't smart because you need money for a ticket home.

Your brother has done nothing but try and help you, there is no
conspiracy and he is not in some evil plot with David Calderwood. You
know better than that, he is a good man and he loves you despite your
behaviour.

Doctors are not infallible. Making medical diagnoses is hard, and
mistakes can be made. But you are also aware of Hanlon's razor - noone
is trying to assassinate you, if anything the risk is with non-medical
quacks and their "medicine' which is actually potentially dangerous.

You have burned many bridges along the way, and are now in a far away
country that doesn't even take care of its own citizens. There is no
proper healthcare to fall back on. No doubt you'll blame me for telling
you the harsh truth, as sad as it is.

I would suggest to humbly apologise to your family and beg for them to
help you take a plane back home, salvage your belongings, and seek
medical help.

When you are back to health, have made amends with the people you've
abused during your condition, and are able to behave in a normal and
professional manner, we'd love to work with you again. We've told you
this before, you will have forgotten. You will yell at me again, I'm
writing this with no other expectation.

I feel sorry for you, and wish you well. Take care, and I wish you get
home safely and reunite with your family.
