[Libre-soc-dev] two more ischemic strokes

I had another Ischemic stroke yesterday on waking up, after an overnight
sleeper train journey was very disturbing. a shock caused a massive BP
rise, and it caused athersclerosis to be damaged, triggering symptoms I now
know to be a brain hemmorage.

this morning it resulted in me being unable to speak properly on waking up,
and I am barely managing to stutter through conversations. I suspect that
once again the athersclerosis or arteriosclerosis has become damaged,
leading to calcium fragments, toxins and other debris dropping directly
into my blood stream.

the effect was yet another Ischemic stroke this morning.

I managed to clear the blockage with some special exercise but the effect
of that was to cause mild anaphylaxis, fortunately mild.

at present there are storms so it is not a surprise.
