[Libre-soc-dev] more strokes

in the past 9 days I have had about 7 more Ischemic strokes, on waking up.
they are preceded by headaches, neckache, feeling sick / poisoned,
inexplicable sobbing for no reason, progressing to anaphylaxis in about 3
cases, and involuntary Tourette's vocal sounds. I end up coughing and
spitting up white fleghm, and when that isn't happening feel lightheaded.

I have recorded video evidence of each medical event, as with all other
medical events.
