apparently there is safeguarding in place.

however yet again i am forced into the humiliating position
of contacting yet another government agency, providing them
with confidential information, repeating and reliving traumatic
abuse, manipulation and neglect, of a catastrophic cascade
that has caused brain damage and almost killed me around a
hundred times.

i am cranking up the pressure now across several angles,
literally fighting for my life.
