astoundingly it turns out that legal aid is restricted to
specific areas. in an incredible loophole it is NOT POSSIBLE
to get Medical Negligence legal aid in cases of NEGLECT due
to the hard requirement that medical evidence be available!

and of course the NHS doctors refuse to even make the referrals
which would lead to the diagnoses needed in order to demonstrate
their negligence!

public institution legal aid is only available for specific
areas such as "you are in a care home"

astonishing.

i continue to investigate the systemic maltreatment and
neglect.
