hello,
i happened to be in a strong enough medical position. I am sorry to say
your letter is a mess.
briefly I will explain:
1. I have brain damage and organ damage from domestic violence.
2. I have Chronic Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome from the same
3. I have PTSD from the same
4. I have life-long autism which is BRAIN SWELLING UNDER STRESS.
effectively I have been tortured.
these combine in a medically catastrophic way to make:
* RECALL of trauma itself traumatic and medically dangerous (interviews
and police reports have required ambulances to be called, on approximately
EIGHT occasions)
* DESIRE to recall events at a negative quantity
* MEMORY FRAGMENTATION, resulting in extreme difficulty reporting crimes,
medical incidents, dealing with complaints.
you state repeatedly in your disastrous letter "it was not in the original
report" - under the Autism Act 2009 YOU SHOULD HAVE KICKED IN SAFEGUARDING
IMMEDIATELY AND FOLLOWED AUTISM PROTOCOLS.
I therefore WAITED FOR YOU TO CONTACT ME TO CONDUCT PROPER INTERVIEWS,
taking into consideration that I am both Autistic and psychologically
tortured, yet at every stage the police has failed not just in doing their
duty but actively caused physical and psychological harm.
even your letter itself violates the Autism Act 2009.
I have to stop FOR MEDICAL REASONS as discussing the above has triggered
distress.
