found a discrepancy: I submitted and was paid for bug #848 via email
but NLnet somehow missed putting it in their new RFP submission
system. so that accounts for EUR 1200 that we have listed as getting
paid but their system says isn't paid (since it doesn't exist).

I seem to recall telling them about this before but icr for sure.

so that just leaves another EUR 2000 to account for...
