My project update:

1) Completed all work on adding a definition file for the Nexys Video 
board on nmigen-boards, see 
https://bugs.libre-soc.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1004#c24

Currently the entire work lives on a fork on Gitlab, see pull request: 
https://gitlab.com/nmigen/nmigen-boards/-/merge_requests/6

I suppose I'll wait to submit the RfP until after Luke merges it.

2) Investigated and fixed a bug in OpenXC7 I found while compiling ls2. 
The patch was promptly merged upstream, see: 
https://github.com/openXC7/nextpnr-xilinx/pull/23

Will possibly wait until they put a new release of OpenXC7 before 
updating the devscripts, to install a version containing the fix.

3) Will focus now on bisecting and reporting the regression on 
nextpnr-xilinx that prompted us to switch to OpenXC7 in the first place.
