next step, they will want a list of tasks, and the response
time you give will determine the priority in a queue of
available grant resources for that batch.

yes.

to help prepare, i recommend doing the task list and budget,
right now. you can expect to be asked for the top-level
milestones only, and how you came to the budgetary assessment
for them.

quite simple and straightforward, but preparing *now* rather
than waiting, you can get the task list (which becomes the
Schedule A, later) to them immediately, and be at the front
of the "budgetary queue" :)
