[Libre-soc-dev] RFP for Nexys Video board definition

Dear Luke,

I'm ready to send an RFP for bug #1004 - FPGA bring up for platform 
definitions (https://bugs.libre-soc.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1004), about the 
board definition for the Nexys Video.

Currently the payment has been set to EUR 1100 to me, and EUR 400 to 
you, from a total of EUR 1500. Do you want to make any adjustment before 
I send the FRP?
