am in too much pain (fibromyalgia) to do anything.
went to doctor to make appointment to discuss assault
last month, only to find that one of the (many) people
who assaulted me was *in the doctor's reception*.
this was distressing enough to cause a fibromyalgia
flare-up, which judging by the level of pain i am in,
and based on previous incidents, looks set to be for at
least 3 days.

i also spoke to NLnet regarding RFPs and it went so badly
(not listening - like there was a "subtext" or a "separate
conversation" that i was not invited to) that i have been
forced to initiate "mediation". staff are just not listening
nor taking the damage caused by abuse of an autistic individual
seriously. if they do not start taking the abuse and the
medical damage caused by that abuse seriously i will be forced
to escalate to a formal complaint to the EU.

however there is no listing of even a complaints procedure on
NLnet's website that i can find, let alone contact information.
there is a data privacy one but nothing else. can anyone find
anything? what am i missing?
