[Libre-soc-dev] Switching development style to using git branches instead of working on master

Thanks for pointing this out.
I'm not sure if this was prompted by my pushing to master yesterday or just a 
general guideline to follow but I do agree and I apologize if I broke 
anything. I'm just now realizing.

Can we reset the head on openpower-isa to remove my 5 commits and I'll push 
them to a separate branch?
