[Libre-soc-dev] ls2 verilator simulation

For the last two weeks, been going through the ls2 wiki page and making 
sure the dev setup scripts for ls2 are working.

Yesterday stumbled upon a problem that Tobias had last year, verilator 
failing to parse ls2.v and generating the .cpp files. The errors related 
to "Timescale missing on this module".
